A lot of people have a lot of negative thoughts about the Monkees, but they had some of the greatest songs of all time and also had one of the greatest television shows of the time. They were underrated in many ways because how they were formed and how they were seen. They were only around for around two years. Their output was tremendous though. All four of them are legends in their own way to this day as well.
