 Greatest A Nightmare on Elm Street moments (August 2014)

A Nightmare on Elm Street was one of the greatest horror movie franchises of all time. It perfected the set piece sequence and produced some of the greatest on screen visuals in any horror film. The concept of an individual who can infiltrate dreams and become virtually anything lends itself to imaginative story telling and visuals. The make up and special effects still hold up in a lot of cases to this day. These are some of the most memorable moments that I can remember. The films are a step above their slasher film contemporaries in a lot of ways. A lot of these scenes are iconic.
