The Worst Factions and Stables in wrestling history

The Worst Factions and Stables in wrestling history (October 2016)

There have been some great stables and factions in wrestling history, but these are not them. A stable or faction is larger than a tag team. These are some of the absolute worst. Some of them were just comic relief, some left a major stain on the industry for years afterwards. Lots of both Vinces here I'm afraid.

Greatest Humphrey Bogart Films

Greatest Humphrey Bogart Films (October 2016)

Bogart was one of the greatest actors of all time in the golden age of Hollywood. He was an equal to any of the other big male stars of the time such as Cary Grant, Jimmy Stewart etc. A lot of the films he was in were film noir films. He is probably the quintessential film noir star. He was very likable, but with a rough exterior. He also had great partnerships with many great actresses such as Lauren Bacall, Bette Davis and Katherine Hepburn. He will live forever. here's looking at you kid! We'll always have Paris.

Greatest Meat Loaf Songs

Greatest Meat Loaf Songs (September 2016)

Meat Loaf is one of the most unique artists ever in popular music. He fits into no time period or genre, which makes him timeless. His songs are epic is scope and length. The messages are universal. His songs sound like nothing else. His partnership with Jim Steinman shaped many of his biggest hits. The albums Bat out of Hell one and two really stand out. Decades apart, but each great in their own way. He is also a very inspiring person in his own unique way. He was also in Rocky Horror which is another touchstone for some of us.

Favorite Beatles Songs

Favorite Beatles Songs (September 2016)

It goes without saying that the Beatles are, without a doubt, one of the greatest and most influential bands of all time. They changed so many things in the world. They changed a lot about recording, songwriting and being  artists. They also did their best to try and change the larger world for the better. They tried to raise awareness of important issues in the world and achieved more than most ever will. They also are some of the greatest song writers and musicians who ever lived. They were not around for that long and look how many fantastic, groundbreaking songs they created. They also produced some of the greatest albums ever created. Greatest Huey Lewis and the News Singles

Greatest Huey Lewis and the News Singles (September 2016)

People nowadays may not remember, but for the short time period between 1983 and 1987, Huey Lewis was one of the biggest musical acts in the world, or at least where I am from. I know that some people may see him as silly or cliched, but his songs are fun and some of them are truly heartfelt. I think he and the band are quite underrated. And he seems like a really nice guy as well. And of course, Patrick Bateman is a huge fan!!

Greatest Charlie Chaplin Films

Greatest Charlie Chaplin Films (September 2016)

Charlie Chaplin is one of the greatest icons of the screen. He is so much more than that though. His films have very deep messages. It is clear what sort of a person he was when you watch the films that he made. In nearly every one of his major films, there are scenes that are genuinely emotional to the point that they could make anyone cry. He also appeared to have strong feelings against oppression in all it's forms. Also, as surprising as it may sound, his films are genuinely hilarious. He was brave and stood up for what he believed in, even when it came at great cost to him personally. He is a hero for all of these reasons and so many more.
