There was a time when TNA was a fantastic wrestling promotion, believe it or not. There was actually a time I liked it better than WWE at the time. Unfortunately, it has faded in recent years. I myself stopped watching it a few years ago. Mind you, RAW now is reusing old impact stuff from four years ago.  Of course the lineage is also intermingled with NWA as well.

In Living Color was one of the greatest shows of the early nineties. Along with the Simpsons and Married with Children, it made up one of the greatest one night television lineups of all time for Fox. It also had a very diverse and talented cast. There were many future superstars.There were some of the funniest characters and parodies on the show that I can remember anywhere. It stands to this day as one of the best shows of all time.

Stanley Kubrick stands as one of the greatest directors of all time. These films are all fantastic. They are groundbreaking works of art. They stand out from other films. Every one of them is very memorable in their own way. The images are unforgettable. The films all had strong messages. It was their style that stood out the most though. They are eleven of the greatest films ever made. Oh by the way, this list changes often for me. Right now, Lolita is much higher for example.

When I was growing up, it was a golden age of  pop culture and television in particular. The networks still were turning out the best prime time shows of all time and the cable was at it's best point ever. It was before there were too many channels and too much rubbish. Nickelodeon was one of the big three along with ESPN and MTV. They changed the way we saw the world. I think an important part of Nickelodeon was that that they made shows for kids not for parents. This was vastly different than what had gone on before. Nickelodeon between say 1986 and 1992 was one of the best producers of great television ever. These are the greatest of the shows from Nickelodeon's golden age. I have made one amendment since the original publication. All That is out and is an honorable mention.

Although, she is primarily only known for a few of her songs, some of the others that were less successful or were album tracks were really great too. I used to have a fantastic greatest hits album of hers that I remember listening to at high volumes as a teenage. So many, great memories.
